About me

Hi!

My name is Tom. I’m a graphic designer, UX designer and web developer from Hungary, and I travel whenever I get the chance.
I’ve lived in a few different places along the way — in the UK between 2006 and 2009, and later in Malta from 2014 to 2017 — and each of them shaped how I see cities, landscapes and everyday life.

Low Glow Flow started as a way to collect these experiences. It’s part travel diary, part running log, part visual notebook. I like slow mornings in unfamiliar cities, long walks and even longer runs, getting slightly lost, and paying attention to small details — streets before they wake up, light on old buildings, quiet coastal paths, empty squares.

Running has become a natural part of how I explore places. It’s an easy way to understand a city’s rhythm, whether it’s a loop around Margaret Island in Budapest, climbing hills in Athens, or following the shoreline somewhere in the Mediterranean. Photography fits into this flow as well — not chasing perfect shots, just capturing moments that feel right.

Travel for me isn’t about highlights or bucket lists. It’s about being present, moving through places at my own pace, and letting them leave a mark — sometimes as a memory, sometimes as a photograph, sometimes as a story worth writing down.
