The only downside of your accommodation is that it is very close to the airport. I thought there would be no more planes after midnight, but I woke up at three in the morning to the start of the plane.
And there’s even a rooster next door, with a shift starting at five in the morning. I didn’t sleep much, I started swimming at half past eight in the morning. Of course, I was alone.
I found the bus stop to the old part of town, where there is also a bakery. The journey is only 10 minutes, we are not far. From the bus station, I went out on the street full of embassies to the sea.

Behind the town is the old fortress of Corfu; I went up to the Sea Tower, a small lighthouse.
