Third day, Tuesday, June 25, Delos, part two, Archaeological Museum of Delos

Where are we now?

Nestled on the legendary island of Delos, just a short sail from Mykonos, the Archaeological Museum of Delos is more than just a building—it’s a portal to ancient Greece’s soul. Since its founding in 1904 by the Archaeological Society of Athens, the museum has served as a sanctuary for priceless relics unearthed from one of the most sacred historical sites in the Aegean. Though the museum boasts an impressive collection, many Delian artifacts are also showcased in Athens at the National Archaeological Museum.
