Turned out I had my hotel room at the corner of the university district, and this night was the night when every student celebrated finishing off the university. My room was one the first floor, opposite side of a pub, and I could not sleep till 4am. Next day was as loud as first night, but thanks to the receptionist, I could move three level up, to the front side of the hotel.
